Interop pipeline requires stable set of UI regression tests. To meet this requirement we will tag stable tests in UI automation. This tag will be always used as part of the interop trigger pipeline.

technical implementation:
In pytest, create new group and try to trigger regression with this group only

This feature will be used only in downstream testing. Merge in to master and current stable branch.
