Cursory check to confirm release is live and working on production site.
Any major fixes that impact major customers should be verified too.

Acceptance criteria:

• install new OCP cluster
• install OSSM from the production
• deploy workload and bookinfo
• confirm correct version is installed and working ( versions in Kiali UI and versions in all containers on cluster (this will be automatized in the future))
  • open each pod's (istiod, ingress, sailoperator, isticni) terminal and check version of cli whether they report the correct version and hash commit from release branch
