This task is to review all Defects found during final regression.
After tests, RM or responsible QE checks that all test results are shared in the polarion and/or in chats and we do not have unresolved issues and some new blockers.
Goals are to confirm we meet the following requirements:

 Blockers: 100% VERIFIED

• Urgent / High Sev. Defects: 100% ≥ POST, 100% VERIFIED,100% triaged
• Med / Low Sev. Defects: capture metric as a baseline
• Regressions: 100% ≥  POST, 100% VERIFIED
