When OSSM 3.0 GA's, some cleanup of Migration Guide files needs is to be done. 

The files names often end in "assembly" in order to distinguish it from the same file names are are references and/or procedures. There was much changing of other files names and content as reviews came in, so the "assembly" file names were left alone.

Removing "assembly" will have implications where those files are referenced elsewhere, so it may also be beneficial to have subtasks or a way of tracking that as well. Might also help prevent a very large PR.

Also check style things. Some ids are missing ""
