There seems to be something Prow doesn't like about snippets in service-mesh-docs-main > ossm-release-notes when used in modules.

Opened this as a sub task to troubleshoot so the rel notes PRs can continue to move through the review processes. If this is figured out in time for GA, will make the necessary changes.
