Like all operators, when a user installs OSSM they are presented with options to choose a channel and update approval strategy. The choice will impact how the user consumes updates of the OpenShift Service Mesh operator.

Currently, we just tell users to accept the defaults (step 5, 6), but this may not be the best choice for all users.

Other operators like GitOps and Pipelines include descriptions of the update options ("Automatic" or "Manual") and the update channel (either "stable" or "stable-x.y"), and we should have similar text as sub-steps of step 6.

Suggested text for OSSM (based on the Pipelines content linked above):

      a. Select All namespaces on the cluster (default) for the Installation Mode. This mode installs the Operator in the default openshift-operators namespace, which enables the Operator to watch and be made available to all namespaces in the cluster.

      b. _The update strategy is located in the Install Operator section under the section update approval, the default value for the update strategy is Automatic. Select Automatic for the Approval Strategy to ensure that future upgrades to the Operator are handled automatically by the Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM). If you select the Manual approval strategy, OLM creates an update request. As a cluster administrator, you must then manually approve the OLM update request to update the Operator to the new version._

      c. Select the update channel:

The channel selection for the operator can be selected in the Installation screen for the operator under the section update channel.

The stable channel enables installation of the most recent stable version of the Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh 3 Operator. Currently, it is the default channel for installing the Red Hat OpenShift  Service Mesh 3 Operator.

To install a specific version of the Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh 3 Operator, cluster administrators can use the corresponding stable-<version> channel. For example, to install the Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh Operator version 3.0.x, you can use the stable-3.0 channel.
