• make local works being logged in to dno without "system:anonymous"  error
• mkralik  6 minutes ago ah, it makes running local jenkins a little bit harder .e.g. , we can add dummy kubeconfig and that script into the our casc repo, so anyone can set it by that script and may be part of make local command
