OSSM 3.x product documentation has moved to the stand alone format. This requires a series of manual processes involving other teams that must be completed for each Service Mesh release.

This is specific to cutting a new branch for the OSSM 3.0 GA release. Name of branch should be: service-mesh-docs-3.0

It is a Blocker for OSSM GA doc content. It must be done first.
