Example command for creating new branch config:

./scripts/prow/add-new-prow-config.sh 1.14 pipelines-docs-1.14 "openshift-pipelines" 

Note: Before running this command, you must enter the openshift-docs directory (where the openshift-docs repository is cloned), check out the main branch and execute the “git pull upstream main” command to ensure the scripts are up-to-date. If you have configured the openshift/release repo as origin, then execute the “git pull origin master” command to ensure the scripts are up-to-date
