Currently the downstream pipeline is not ready for p/z OCP clusters. It will require to detect or specify the arch so correct images which are required for istio int and sail operator e2e tests, later also kiali tests are used.

It might be detected at this pipeline level and passed to test jobs or each test job could detect the arch.
