We are having some failures in this jobs in the sail-opeartor midstream repo:

• ci/prow/e2e-kind —
• ci/prow/e2e-ocp-4-16-arm
• ci/prow/e2e-ocp-4-17 **
• ci/prow/scorecard **

The kind and the scoreboard jobs are aiming to be solved by this PR: https://github.com/openshift-service-mesh/sail-operator/pull/164. I added some comments regarding where the change should be placed because the file lives in the upstream common-files repository

Regarding the OCP related jobs I created this PR: https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/59086 to update the e2e jobs to the newest OCP version. But is still failing the ARM job. I updated the 4.16  to 4.17, the 4.16 old job to use hypershift and use 4.18 (is working in the PR), but the arm job need to be updaed to use hypershift also
