This jenkins job should prepare the environment to the state which will be similar as customer env at point, where some workloads are already migrated and some are still managed by 2.6.

AC: jenkins job which will:

• install 2.6 according to https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/preparing-openshift-service-mesh-3
• install different demo apps to cover as many configurations as possible
• install 3.0 and configure discoverySelectors so it does not conflicts with 2.6
• migrate part of the workloads to 3.0 control plane
• the mixed workloads should cover scenarios where strict mtls mode is used and communicating workloads are in different namespaces where one namespace is already in 3.0 and one still in 2.6
• check the workloads are healthy
