The _attributes file needs to be updated to include a list of attribute forthcoming, and to use Red{nbsp}Hat in product names.

So "Red Hat OpenShift <insert prodct>" becomes "Red{nbsp}Hat OpenShift <insert product". This is necessary to be in line with current style https://redhat-documentation.github.io/supplementary-style-guide/#non-breaking-spaces

While working through TP2 Doc Jira issues, it has become apparent that a number of attributes need to be added to the _attributes file for OSSM 3.0 GA.

New attributes are needed for Kiali in order to minimize confusion between "Kiali" the complete product, "Kiali Operator provided by Red Hat" which is the supported option presented in the UI, and the "Kiali Server." This may also help shorten titles for Kiali content.

There are attributes needed for Observability components, and likely other components with which Service Mesh integrates. 

A list will need to be compiled after the TP2 Doc push is complete.
