This issue covers configuring mTLS in OSSM 3, which is a bit different than OSSM 2. It should fall under a security document section, which at a higher level, is addressed by this issue: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-8382.

This issue is to cover encrypting internal mesh traffic with mTLS, giving a high level overview of the PeerAuth / DR resources used for this configuration. 

Additional topics such as gateway config, JWT, Auth policies are outside the scope of this issue (part of OSSM-8382).
