Observability
OSSM offers strong observability features. It can be configured with OpenShift User-workload Monitoring to store telemetry, trace, and log information. The Kiali add-on can then be installed as a powerful console for visualizing and managing your service mesh. The Kiali operator can also install OSSMC, an OpenShift console plugin that seamlessly integrates Kiali console features into your OpenShift console.

Move Metrics, Tracing and Kiali and OSSMC into that section. 

Subtask for Kiali team so they can contribute concept-related content to product docs for the Kiali Operator provided by Red Hat, Kiali Server, and the OpenShift Service Mesh Console (OSSMC) plugin.
