We should simplify and automate our community release build & release workflow.  Having nightly community builds will make it easier for people (QE, customers, etc.) to test/verify in-progress work (e.g. bug fixes, new features, enhancements, etc.).

Acceptance Criteria:

• Get rid of RPMS repo; Build images directly from source, like upstream does
  • Use our own build of test/release image
• Have automated nightly builds pushed to public quay repos
• Have automated release builds pushed to quay
• Create community release documentation
  • Should include updating maistra.io
