Test and verify the following large test automation changes
Provide configuration via .env file for mesh namespace and smcp name

This change will replace the hard coded SMCP name and ns name with values from a env file. After the above changes are merged into maistra-2.1 test tool branch. Need to make sure there is no automation regression.
