[DOC] OSSM 2.5.x release notes have out of date istio version

      OSSM 2.5.0 was released with Istio version 1.18.7 (pr.:https://github.com/maistra/istio/pull/917  ), however, all OSSM 2.5.x versions in the release notes contain Istio version 1.18.5 in the component table.

      If it is possible to fix older release notes, please, change the Istio version from 1.18.5 to 1.18.7 for all OSSM 2.5.x release notes.
