The Helm test suite from the Istio upstream test are running against the OCP cluster in our midstream fork. The Ambient test passes when we execute the test against regular OCP clusters, but against the cluster created in our ci, the test fails all the time

Expected result:
The behaviour should be the same and in both cluster type the Ambient test should be running
