Update ossm_scanner and polarion to contain info about SMCP control plane mode [ClusterWide/MultiTenant] ( from 2.6.1, we run Kiali tests against both [mtt was tested ClusterWide before] )

+ Remove OSSM version from a test run name since the information is redundant because test run name already contains SMCP version which is tight coupled with a specific OSSM version
