DoDs:

• Clone https://github.com/maistra/istio-operator repo
• Checkout to oldest version branch (e.g. v2.3), change Makefile:
• Line 21 bump
• Line 24 & 25 Always a release behind
• Run make gen
• Commit, Push, ask for Review, Merge
• Do the same steps for the next versions (e.g. v2.4 and then the latest one e.g. v2.5), ensuring that the PR for the previous version has been merged before running make gen
