      Support OSSM validation on ROSA

      We need verify OSSM latest production installation, upgrade and regression testing on a ROSA cluster.
      The ROSA documentation is in [1]

      The first thing we can plan and work is following the ROSA installation doc and setup a ROSA cluster. And then we can create stories or tasks for different kinds of regression tests on ROSA.
