      Our version of operator-sdk is outdated, we'll need to update it.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Update istio-operator to a current version of operator-sdk
      • Fix dependency problems that come with it
      • Investigate new features and changes to see what would help us. Create follow-up tasks in the OSSM-401 epic
