namespace starts with `kube` are hidden from kiali

This is a fixed issue in kiali 1.37. see https://github.com/kiali/kiali-operator/pull/351

without this fix, I can not see any workloads from namespace kubeflow just because the namespace started with kube.

please just pick this fix up.
