Safari Browser - Kiali Banner Not Displayed After Some Operations

      On Safari v13.0.5, the Kiali banner stops displaying, after some operations:

       

      Example:

        - Navigate to Graph
        - Click Find/Hide Help
        - Close Find/Hide Help
           Notice that the Kiali banner is no longer displayed

       

      A browser refresh restores the Kiali Banner
