During works with test  FIPS+RHCOS 9+RHEL 8 found out that slack delete link does not work with nodes / workers count ->

If default count of COUNT_OF_RHCOS_WORKERS is ok (2) usually 
in that case COUNT_OF_RHEL_WORKERS should be 2 (default 0)
