Checking the latest PR in our sync job there is one pending since one day agao and is related to some change upstream

Description:
Istio upstream jobs are failing because of a missing CRD definition:

- Processing resources for CNI, Egress gateways, Ingress gateways.
✘ CNI encountered an error: failed to update resource with server-side apply for obj NetworkAttachmentDefinition/default/istio-cni: no matches for kind "NetworkAttachmentDefinition" in version "k8s.cncf.io/v1"

Acceptance criteria:
The testing jobs pass again and the sync job completes without error
