      To be able to mark VMs on OpenStack as long running (via some tag) so the VMs will not longer be reporting in the `list-old-vms` job (update that job as well to not show the VMs tagged by long running )

      e.g. example from the chat:

      ❯ openstack server set --tag please-no-delet asmigala-fips-playbook
--os-compute-api-version 2.26 or greater is required to support the --tag option
❯ openstack --os-compute-api-version 2.26 server set --tag please-no-delet asmigala-fips-playbook
❯ openstack server show asmigala-fips-playbook | grep tags
| tags                                | please-no-delet
