With Tempo, some kiali integration tests are unstable and fail on

net/http: request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers) 

that is because jaeger query in Tempo can take longer as with old Jaeger instance.

Update install script to increase query timeout to 60s. Since 30s is by default for Kiali and OpenShift route, you need to update those as well.
