Description:
We are having errors while executing the e2e framework against OCP cluster in our midstream repository. We need to figure out the root cause of those failures and solved them. According to life cycle of the OCP versions we should be aiming to run the jobs against 4.16, so we are going to update the job to use 4.16 and next version 4.17
