Starting from OSSM 2.6.0, Istio and Kiali bundle image names are changed to be better aligned with Red hat naming conventions.
Kiali bundle image name will be: openshift-service-mesh/kiali-operator-bundle
Istio bundle image name will be: openshift-service-mesh/istio-operator-bundle
