According to this discussion we should not mix Tech preview builds and GA builds in one content delivery repo.

This means we have to update our CPaaS config for TP1 not to use e.g.

openshift-service-mesh/istio-proxyv2-rhel9

 but use new tech preview dedicated repo e.g. :

openshift-istio-tech-preview/istio-proxyv2-rhel9
