SM version is not populated in the Kiali About

      Installed the Kiali 1.73.9 and SM 2.6 operator and created the 2.6 SMCP then navigated to Kiali About

      Kiali 1.73.9 with IIB: Index image v4.15: registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:754921 
      SM 2.6.0 with the IIB: Index image v4.15: registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:754869
