Right now, we are installing Tempo+OTEL in our downstream pipeline so that instance is used during Kiali int/ Kiali cypress/ Kiali ossmc testing. However, before MTT is running, the instance is removed since each test of MTT uses its own data plane. Due to that, we should create test case in MTT for Tempo+OTEL too
