Kiali [data-test="traces-list"] is not shown when running on OCP

      following regression started to occur repetitively on nightly builds

      following screenshot show difference of kind which (the front window), back window is same setup but on OCP. Test fail on OCP with following assert :

      AssertionError: Timed out retrying after 40000ms: Expected to find element: `[data-test="traces-list"]`, but never found it.

      reproduced locally (kind & OCP), could be related to this?
