Validate bookinfo installation using Kiali

      Broke the validation task out of the main installing book info task OSSM-4986

      The purpose of this task is to validate that OSSM, bookinfo, metrics and (optionally) tracing are working with Kiali. It is likely an optional step at the end of the bookinfo example.
