Kiali about dialog shows incorrect OSSM 3.0 version

      See attached screenshot. Kiali about dialog shows: OpenShift Service Mesh 3.0.0

      But the build is actually 3.0.0-TP.1.

      Istiod version endpoint shows:

      Kiali was installed via kiali-operator.v99.99.99-2024-05-07-004356

      Another topics to discuss:

      • kiali shows a version of istiod configured in addons.istio.url_service_version but there can be multiple revisions
      • in OSSM 3.0 the istiod will be probably using upstream versioning (1.22, etc.) so the about dialog would be confusing as the OSSM product is 3.0.0 but istio control plane is e.g. 1.22
