Description of problem:
Incorrect procedure for installing the ossmconsole CR.

Operator details has no meaning and we should specify that once you are in the installed operators we have to click in the Kiali operator to deploy this CR, since it is this operator responsible for it.

We should also mentioned that this CR needs to be installed on the openshift-operators project if that is a requirement.
