When the namespace in IstioRevision.spec.namespace (or IstioCNI.spec.namespace) is being deleted, the operator logs an error and a stack trace multiple times (due to the object being requeued because of the error). As this is not an actual error, the operator should log it at INFO level and should not requeue the object.
