Based of comments in this Jira: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-5942 , and that there seems to be confusion on the OSSM Operator version vs. support SMCP resource versions, this is to test and see if a separate file, included in the ossm-release-notes.adoc Assembly file, will help clarify supported SMCP resource versions for each OSSM Operator version.

The structure of the Release Notes seems to create confusion as it isn't immediately clear that 2.5 also included 2.4.z and 2.3.z. The release notes for every release are contained in a single file, making it difficult to separate and restructure in a timely manner. A table specific to Operator and SMCP versions, in its own file but within the ossm-release-notes Assembly, might be the easiest, less time-consuming workaround.
