Description
Problem: Users on OSSM 2.4 or earlier see an error when they try to install OSSMC. We don't document that this is only usable with OSSM 2.5+.
Proposed Solution: At the top of: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/service_mesh/v2x/ossm-kiali-ossmc-plugin.html, we should add a call out that OpenShift Service Mesh Console is only supported on Service Mesh 2.5+. Specifically, the "ServiceMeshControlPlane" version must be set to 2.5 or later. (Though in 3.0, this setting will be different).
