Code Freeze includes the following steps:

• Create Release Branches (Branches could be created earlier, and should be updated)
• Update CPaaS branches
• Code Freeze for CPaaS

DoDs:

• Branches are created and up-to-date
• MRs to CPaaS attached to Jira and merged (3x to container midstream, 3x to proxy midstream)
• Code-freeze MR to openshift-servicemesh attached to Jira and merged
• Kiali team established code-freeze
