Add check in the pipeline that the default ingress route works correctly
Reproducer for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-6139

We should add the check into kiali mesh checker job to be sure that the default gateway works correctly because Kiali int/cypress tests use it.
( if it will be there, test coverage in MTT is redundant )
