Research and improve testing matrix to run test against ROSA HCP

We need to add to our testing matrix the possibility to run test against ROSA HCP cluster configuration. Now we are running our ROSA test only against regular or classic ROSA cluster and we will need to run or at least alternate tetsting against HCP cluster configuration also
