mongodb takes a long time to come up in bookinfo tests on Z & P

Running Maistra-Test-tool using bookinfo sample on Z & P mongodb containers that works fine in 2.0.x takes a very long time to come up, and throws multiple failures. 

On P it eventually comes up; not so on Z.
