Create tests for integration of service mesh and cert-manager

      We have to create tests covering integration of service mesh and cert-manager. The work is tracked in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CM-234

       

      MTT already contains TestPluginCaCert and TestIstioCsr tests. We need to review if the coverage is sufficient or if it's necessary to add more tests.
