Previously, the OpenShift Service Mesh Console plugin did not update the Istio config list page when the user switched from a forbidden namespace to an accessible one. Now, the plugin updates the page correctly.

steps to reproduce

enable OSSMC, install demo apps
navigate to Service Mesh -> Istio config
switch namespace to mesh-external, you will get Forbidden message
if you try to switch namespace to another than mesh-external, you are stuck with the Forbidden message.

acceptance criteria:
Switching back to reachable namespaces should not display Forbidden message.
