Sample SMCP in ClusterServiceVersion (installed operators -> OSSM -> Create  SMCP ) doesn't contain `.spec.gateways.openshiftRoute.enabled` value which is required and that blocks an user to create SMCP with default values.

Workaround is simple, just fill that value but from my POV, the default SMCP should contains all required value by default ( so user doesn't need to do any additions there for quick set up. Also it doesn't look well when user cannot create new SMCP with default/prefilled values).  Also the documentation doesn't say you need to update these values to successfully install the SMCP.

Do we want to have this value required in SMCP? (In other words, do we want the user to have specified this value whenever creating SMCP?)

• If yes, then the Sample SMCP in the Operator should have also this value
• If no, then it shouldn't be required (so i should be able to create SMCP without that value as well)
