Acceptance Criteria:

• New 'istio' repository in openshift-service-mesh organization
• Add automation in openshift-release repository (e.g. nightly sync job, tests, ...)
• Make sure everybody who has access to maistra/istio has access
• Update references in midstream repository
• Update references in operator repo

Last two ACs have been removed - we will only use this repo for testing purposes for now.
