We are facing flaky tests after `TestDeployOnInfraNodes`, there is repeating this error:
Error from server (InternalError): error when creating "STDIN": Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "smmr.mutation.maistra.io": failed to call webhook: Post "https://maistra-admission-controller.openshift-operators.svc:443/mutate-smmr?timeout=10s": no endpoints available for service "maistra-admission-controller"
It looks like CSV is not ready after this test. Probably this TODO https://github.com/maistra/maistra-test-tool/blob/main/pkg/tests/ossm/deploy_on_infra_test.go#L58 should be addressed.
